Bioactivx Pte. Ltd. ("Bioactivx", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in Singapore that develops synthetic biomaterials for wound care and tissue repair, including Bioactiv® Matrix.

- Patient and health information: Our general website forms and contact channels are not intended for the submission of identifiable patient or health information. Please do not submit information that identifies a patient unless specifically requested or required as part of an authorised clinical, safety, product-complaint or regulatory process. If we receive such information, we will handle it only as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and data-protection requirements.
We seek to collect only the personal data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data.
8. Transfers Outside Singapore

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer complies with the PDPA and that the recipient provides a standard of protection for the personal data that is comparable to the protection required under the PDPA.

Recruitment information relating to unsuccessful candidates may be retained for a reasonable period following the completion of a recruitment exercise. Where appropriate, we may also retain such information for consideration for future opportunities, subject to applicable legal and consent requirements.
We will cease retaining personal data, or remove the means by which it can be associated with an identifiable individual, when it is reasonable to assume that:
- the purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer being served by its retention; and

12. Access, Correction and Withdrawal of Consent
Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request:
- access to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control;
- information about the ways in which your personal data has been used or disclosed within the relevant period provided for under the PDPA;
- correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; or
- withdrawal of your consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.
Requests should be submitted to our Data Protection Officer.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and process your request.
Where permitted under the PDPA, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing an access request. If a fee applies, we will inform you of the amount before processing the request.
We will respond to access and correction requests as soon as reasonably possible. If we are unable to respond within 30 days, we will inform you in writing of the time by which we expect to respond. We will generally seek to give effect to a withdrawal of consent within a reasonable period after receiving the request. Where we are unable to provide access to personal data or make a requested correction, we will provide the applicable reasons where required by law.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect our ability to continue collecting, using or disclosing personal data where such collection, use or disclosure is permitted or required by law. Depending on the circumstances, withdrawing consent may also affect our ability to respond to your enquiry, provide certain products or services, maintain an ongoing relationship with you or consider your job application.
